Collecting Evidence
You need to back up your claim with evidence that will help the Employment Tribunal understand, check and calculate the figures in your schedule of loss. Gather all your relevant information and documents as soon as you decide that you are taking your claim to the Employment Tribunal. You should try and obtain documents going back at least a year and keep copies of all documentation in chronological order.
