From 1st July 2020, it will only be available for workers who have been previously furloughed. Employers will have until 31st July 2020 to make any claims for the period up to 30th June 2020.

Flexible Furlough

Flexible Furlough comes in from 1st July 2020. If you are on furlough, you can return to work part-time, and still receive your normal full time wages. Your employer will be responsible for tax and National Insurance but can claim the furlough grant for the hours that you are not working, calculated by reference to their usual hours worked in a claim period.
