Breach of Contract

Breach of contract is when either you or your employer breaks one of the terms of the employment contract. For example, if your employer does not pay your wages or if you don't work your agreed hours.  Note that not all the terms of a contract are written down. The breach may relate to a verbally agreed term, a written term, or an 'implied' term of a contract. See Breach of contract How to make a claim for breach of contract
