Every Employment Tribunal claim has its own time limits. There is usually more than one time limit in each single case. There are two kinds of time limit in the Employment Tribunal.
A. The Primary Time Limit
B. ACAS Early Conciliation (EC) Extended Time Limit.
Time limits are strictly applied in the Employment Tribunal. They are not the same for every claim. If you miss your time limit you will not be able to proceed with your claim. This page sets out the time limits for different types of claim.
