Employment Protection
As a Trans employee you have all the employment protections that come with being an employee. In addition, you have the protected characteristic of gender reassignment under the Equality Act 2010 (EQA 2010).
You are protected from discrimination at work by;

The Equality Act 2010
The Protection from Harassment Act 1997
The Data Protection Act 2018
The Human Rights Act 1998 (if you work in the public sector)
Some Trans people are also protected under the Gender Recognition Act 2004
